How to Start a Vegan Lifestyle

Take smaller steps for consistent improvement

Many get scared or will not even consider a vegan diet because they are so afraid of getting rid of tasty foods.  However, when eating a healthy vegan diet, or even considering one, be cool and ease into it.  There is no reason or rule that anything has to be a rush.  If you take your time, slowly changing poor eating habits one by one, you will then see slower, but more consistent improvements in your physical and overall state of health.
