Diet
(used as a noun, NOT a trend)
My thinking on diet is simple.  You are what you eat.  Your body can only give you what you give it.  You cannot expect to fuel your body with excess salt, sugar and unhealthy carbs consistently and think that your body will thrive.

The hidden plan is to entice you with comfort foods until you have an ailment that requires you to be on a medication.  You then start to have new and uncomfortable symptoms, which lead you back to the doctor, where they hand off another medication for the symptoms given by the first medication.  It then becomes a never-ending cycle of illnesses and treatments.

But you can put an end to this.  I did not say it was the easiest of a task, but it is definitely possible with discipline and diet change.

We have been trained into thinking and living in a world where we are told things are healthy, but they are quite the opposite.

Just as an example, we are told that chicken and eggs are good for us and maybe they were once upon a time, but it is these very two means of proteins that are killing us in massive numbers daily.

Sure, we all have a time to leave this world, but you do not have to rush it.

Too many times we are told that our health conditions are heredity. But only 3% of the time is this true.

We all are victim to our environment.  Your body is the result of how it is treated.  You flood your body with the proper vitamins and minerals, and your body will love you back.

We certainly cannot stop the inevitable, but we can fight a good fight and make good knowing that we did our part to care for the beautiful bodies we were given.
