A full 7-8 hours of sleep daily improves your health both inside outside –including gorgeous, glowing skin. This varies depending on age and other biological factors.
 
There are many natural cures for insomnia, some of which include:
  • drinking chamomile tea
  • burning lavender or putting it on your pillow
  • putting fresh linen on the bed
  • massaging your body
  • stretching before bed.
