1:1 HEALTH COACHING
I'll help you strategize and execute a plan for healthy living. We'll establish your health and happiness goals, create a plan on how to achieve those goals, and I'll hold you accountable through the whole process. One-on-one health coaching can be as little as a single consultation with RoSeé, or ongoing weekly meetings where we can establish a relationship, and help you see your goals through.
Learn and establish healthy working habits, office culture, healthy eating and snacking at work, and how to get better sleep to show up rested and ready to take on another work day.
