Squat with DoGood
Squatting is no doubt one of the best ways to tighten that butt and stretch multiple leg muscles, but did you know that you can improve your balance as well as strengthen your heart with squats?
DoGood recommends getting 100 squats in as often as possible. If you can do daily, great! But if you cannot, start with just two days a week and work your way up. This is a great way to improve knee functioning and even rebuild the strength in a knee that has had knee replacement surgery.
